Notice of Infringement – Claim

- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed must be provided.
- Details of the infringing material along with the URL of the page hosting the material should be included.
- Contact information of the complaining party such as name, address, email, phone number, and fax number is necessary.
- A statement confirming that the material is being used without authorization by the copyright owner.
- A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation of information in a copyright infringement claim. Takedown notices can be sent via the Contact page on our website. We may share the identity of the claiming party with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. This must include your signature, details of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief in the removal, and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers in compliance with the DMCA. Accounts found to be repeat infringers will be terminated.
